GST (5%) and PST (5%) Tax is applicable to all cottage only and cottage package rates.
GST (5%) and PST (8%) Tax is applicable to all daily boat rental rates.

Terms And Conditions
- A $200 deposit is required on all cottage reservations and is due at time of booking
- An extra $30 deposit is required for each boat reservation and is due at time of booking
- Minimum 2 night stay required
- Minimum 3 night stay required during long weekends
- Boat Rental $100/Day - $270/Week for Motorboat Rentals with Gas Engine
- Guests wishing to bring their own boats - $1 per Foot per Day (maximum allowed: 14 Feet with 25 HP motor) No Sea-Doos please!
- Weekly rentals are preferred during the regular summer season and run from Saturday to Saturday
- Summer weekend rentals are provided on a last minute availability basis only
- Rates are based on recommended cottage capacity, but extra persons may stay at a rate of $20 per night or $80 per week
- Payment is due in full 15 days prior to arrival date
- Check-in time 3:00 P.M.
- Check-out time 10:00 A.M.
- Quiet time: 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
- No adjustments for late arrival or early departure
- Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal
- A cleaning fee may apply if the cottage is left in an unsatisfactory condition
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to arrival date – deposit will be refunded less 20% administration fee on deposit amount;
- Cancellations received between 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date - 50% of deposit will be refunded;
- Cancellations received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date – no refund of deposit;
- Payment is due in full 15 days prior to arrival date – no refund if reservation is cancelled within 15 days of arrival.
